What AMC Sniper does

AMC Sniper monitors publicly available AMC showtime and seat information and notifies you — by SMS/text message and/or Discord — when seats you’re watching open up or when matching showtimes go on sale. We do not sell tickets, hold seats, or complete purchases on your behalf; all ticket purchases happen on AMC’s own website.

AMC Sniper is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by AMC Entertainment Inc., AMC Theatres, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without our permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Provide a phone number or Discord webhook you are not authorized to use.

SMS / text-message terms

Phone notifications are optional. By enabling them and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive automated text alerts about the showtimes and seats you track.

• Message frequency varies based on your trackers and availability.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. You can also remove your number in your settings.
• We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered on time or at all; delivery depends on your carrier and factors outside our control.

No guarantee of availability or accuracy

Ticket and seat availability changes constantly and is controlled by AMC. We make no guarantee that an alert will reach you in time to buy a ticket, that a seat will still be available when you act, or that our information is accurate, complete, or current. The Service is provided for convenience only, and acting on an alert never guarantees a purchase.

Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, interruption, or delay.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC Sniper and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost tickets, lost opportunities, or missed showtimes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
